We source robusta coffee beans from the Weejewa region, an area with 600 meters above sea level of Sumba highland. Fully mature coffee cherries further taking natural fermentation process at our facility in Sumba and house roasting at Talasi Bali. The medium roast profile brings out the bean's unique characters such as strong malty taste, ripe fruit fermented aroma, and a full-bodied long finish.
